The operating principle is very easy, just like using ipad.

You can learn to operate this machine computer in 5-10 minutes.

Each BAI machine  includes a computerized control panel that holds 20 millions stitches of storage,you can upload and edit design settings and create customized lettering directly on the panel.

Q3: Do I need to buy plug for BAI embroidery machine?

A3: BAI embroidery machine is equipped with the plug based on your countries' standard. Its wide voltage is from 110V to 230V, which is suitable for household sockets, just plug and use it.

Q4: I'm located in the US, how fast can I get the machine?

A4: There are two methods:

Q5: I'm a newbie, can I get any training?

Q6: How to input an embroidery pattern?

A6: Each machine comes with a USB, you could upload your design to the USB, then plug it into the computer, your design will show automatically. You could also use our network cable to transmit your design.

Q7: Can I input a photo to make the embroidery directly?

A7: Yes, BAI's computer supports photo embroidery. However, we recommend that you convert it to DST or DSB format, the embroidery effect will be better. If you just want to have a try, you could use the photo directly.

Q8: What software can I make my design ? And what format?

A8: Hatch, Embrilliance or Wilcom software is recommend, or you could find one that suits you locally. We also have Dahao EMCAD, if you have some experience, you could buy this software on our website. If you are not good at using software, you could find a special designer to make design for you.

Q9: What’s the warranty for BAI machine?

A9: We provide one-year warranty and lifetime free after-sales service.

Q10: How much space do I need to prepare for MIRROR?

A10: First you will receive a wooden box packing, it's 113*83*87cm. In the package, there is a machine head and rack. You could fix the head to the rack or place it on other stable surface.

Q13: What is the diffrerence between 12 needles and 15 needles ?

A13:1. 15 needles has 3 more color than 12 needles, the more needles you have, the more colorful your designs can be. 2. 15 needles is only $100 higher than 12 needles.
